Statement of Intent to Marry – Samples

The fiancé visa petition needs to include a statement of intent to marry with original signature from both the petitioner and beneficiary. The U.S. citizen will need to write a second statement of intent to marry close to the time of the K1 visa interview to show he or she still intends to marry the beneficiary.
